The controller of personal data shared when you contact us is the owner of the Seaside Forest Aroa apartment in Gdańsk. For any data-related matters, use the phone number listed in the contact section.

What we collect and why

Contact happens by phone or WhatsApp, so we only collect what you tell us: your name, your phone number (visible to us from the call) and the details of your planned stay. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and handle a potential booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This site has no contact form and no other data-collection mechanism.

Who processes the data

Calls and WhatsApp messages reach our own device; WhatsApp is a Meta Platforms service governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, and afterwards for periods required by law (e.g. tax regulations) if a booking took place.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Just send us an email.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies. We use cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify individual users.
